FNAF 6 (also known as Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator) combines restaurant management with survival gameplay. At first glance, the player runs a pizza place, customizing the interior, placing attractions, managing a daily budget, and deciding on advertisements. During the day, the focus is on earning money and building the business, choosing how to invest in equipment and entertainment. Each decision impacts the pizzeria’s rating and the type of customers—or threats—it attracts.
Once the business day ends, the game shifts into a tense night mode. The player is alone in an office, performing maintenance tasks on a computer while animatronics begin to move through the ventilation system. Audio cues, motion tracking, and noise management become essential. Unlike earlier games in the series, FNAF 6 gives players limited tools and forces them to multitask, choosing when to focus on the job and when to defend against potential attacks. Each night increases in difficulty, with new animatronics and unpredictable behavior patterns.
The player’s choices throughout the game determine how the story concludes. Taking in certain animatronics, skipping inspections, or chasing profit over safety all lead to different results. Multiple endings can be unlocked based on how the player manages their business and survives the night shifts. FNAF 6 blends resource management, timing, and risk in a way that pushes players to think beyond jump scares. It’s a game where business strategy and survival instincts are equally important.
