Score! Hero is a mobile football puzzle game developed by First Touch Games. The player controls the key moments in the career of a custom footballer called the Hero. The game has a light story structure: the player starts as a young player, signs for clubs, wins trophies, changes teams, and can eventually represent a national side. The story is not told through long scenes, but through short career events connected to each level.

Career Moments, Not Full Matches

The gameplay is different from a standard football simulator. The player does not control an entire team for 90 minutes. Instead, each level presents one important attacking situation. The player draws passes, crosses, and shots on the screen to guide the ball. The goal may be to score, assist, hit a specific target, or complete the play in a certain number of moves. The game uses 3D football action, but the structure is closer to a puzzle where each pass and shot must be planned.

In the middle of the game, the player works with several football actions and progression systems. Main gameplay elements include:

  •         drawing the path of passes and shots;
  •         scoring goals from set attacking situations;
  •         completing level objectives for stars;
  •         progressing through hundreds of crafted levels;
  •         customizing the Hero’s appearance and kit;
  •         earning trophies and career rewards;
  •         taking part in events and daily objectives;
  •         playing for clubs and national teams.

Levels Built Around One Play

Score! Hero uses a level-based structure. Each level is a separate football scenario with a specific objective. Some levels are simple early chances, while later ones require more accurate passing, better timing, and curved shots. The official Google Play description mentions hundreds of levels, with each one built as an individual football challenge. Progress comes from completing these scenarios and moving through the Hero’s career.

Drawing the Right Pass

To play Score! Hero, the player swipes or draws on the screen to choose where the ball should go. A line toward a teammate creates a pass, while a line toward the goal creates a shot. The player should look at defenders, goalkeeper position, teammate movement, and the number of available touches. A poor pass can be intercepted, and a weak or badly placed shot may be saved. Replaying levels helps the player earn more stars and complete missed objectives.
