In That’s Not My Neighbor Campaign Mode, players take on the role of a doorman tasked with identifying doppelgangers over the course of seven days. Each day brings a new wave of residents trying to enter the building, but some of them are not who they appear to be. Unlike the faster-paced Arcade Mode, Campaign Mode saves progress at the end of each day, allowing for a more structured experience where every decision has long-term consequences.

Permanent Consequences and Subtle Clues

One of the defining features of Campaign Mode is the permanent loss of residents if they fall victim to a doppelganger. If a resident is eliminated, they do not return for the remainder of the week, and if they had a roommate, the roommate is also removed from the game. This raises the stakes significantly, as mistakes cannot be undone. The doppelgangers themselves are harder to spot in this mode, with differences that are far more subtle than in other game modes. Players must carefully analyze small facial details, such as spacing between features, to make the right call.

Multiple Endings and Replay Value

Campaign Mode also introduces five unique endings, each tied to player performance and choices made throughout the week. Whether players succeed in protecting residents, make critical mistakes, or uncover hidden story elements, each outcome reveals more about the world of That’s Not My Neighbor. With permanent consequences and varying levels of success, the mode encourages replaying to discover all possible endings while refining observation skills with each attempt.
