Ninjago Tournament is a mobile fighting game based on the LEGO Ninjago series. The full title is LEGO Ninjago: Tournament, also known as LEGO Ninjago: Tournament of Elements. The game is connected to the Tournament of Elements storyline, where Master Chen gathers Elemental Masters on his island. It has a simple story setup, but the main focus is arena combat, character unlocking, and repeated battles against waves of enemies.

Fighting in Chen’s Arena

The gameplay is built around short combat sessions. The player controls a ninja or another unlocked fighter and battles enemies in closed arenas. Characters can move, attack, jump, dodge, block, grab, and use Spinjitzu. The main goal is to survive enemy waves, defeat opponents, and improve the selected character through repeated play. Different enemies may use melee attacks, ranged weapons, or explosive items, so the player has to keep moving and react to threats from several directions.

In the middle of the game, the player uses basic fighting actions and character progression. Main gameplay elements include:

  •         playable Ninjago characters and Elemental Masters;
  •         arena battles against enemy waves;
  •         attacks, jumps, dodges, grabs, and blocks;
  •         Spinjitzu and special abilities;
  •         character leveling through repeated use;
  •         unlockable fighters;
  •         locations connected to Chen’s island and the Tournament of Elements;
  •         touch controls designed for mobile play.

Dojo, Arena, and Character Progress

Ninjago Tournament does not use traditional levels with a long mission path. Its structure is built around separate sections such as the Dojo, Chen’s Arena, and the Temple Gallery. The Dojo teaches the basic controls and combat actions. Chen’s Arena is the main mode, where the player fights enemies and tries to survive longer. The Temple Gallery is used for viewing LEGO Ninjago sets and related content.

How to Control the Ninja

To play Ninjago Tournament, the player uses on-screen touch controls. Movement is handled with a virtual control area, while action buttons are used for attacks, jumping, blocking, dodging, grabbing, and special moves. The player should avoid standing still, because enemies can surround the character quickly. Spinjitzu is useful when several opponents are nearby, while blocking and dodging help when stronger enemies attack.
